This internationally attended genetics workshop is a series of discussions directed at developing a formal consensus-based guideline for the clinical care of carriers at elevated genetic risk for ALS and FTD. These recommendations will build upon the foundation of our 2025 JNNP publication “Guidance for clinical management of pathogenic variant carriers at elevated genetic risk for ALS/FTD” published as a white paper based on our previous workshop.
