19th Annual Hope Walks for ALS Family Day

Sunday, September 20, 2026 was a fabulous day for Hope Walks for ALS Family Fun Day despite the rain!

We gathered at Temple’s beautiful Ambler Campus to greet new friends, hold close our old friends, try to win some delightful baskets, sneak out to walk and roll between breaks in the rain, get our face painted, play with puppies, dance to 80’s music, eat lots of snacks, and support an awesome cause!

Because of you, we raised over $112,000 to support ALS research and patient care through the ALS Hope Foundation! You are the hope!

This year’s Walk Chair was KC Lubniewski. With her husband and her two sons by her side, she gave a moving welcome speech to kick off the Walk where she stressed looking for the light even in the dark times. (We were crying, were you?)

Shout out to ALL of the Teams that signed up and showed up! We love seeing all of you and feeling the love and support that you share!

Team Spurrier was the Top Team Fundraiser this year, with second place Team INGRIDible day of, and Team Always loving Stacy pulling past at the time of this writing.

Will it change again!?!? We will let you know!

The Top Individual Fundraisers were first Jacqlyn Howland (Team Spurrier) and second Allison Picco (Team INGRIDible)!
